Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

This store is operated by [legal entity name], a company registered in [country of registration] under company number [company registration number], with its registered office at [registered address]. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" mean the person placing an order.

These terms apply every time you buy from this store. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

We are not the artist, the promoter or the venue. Where these terms refer to a decision resting with a venue or a promoter, it genuinely rests with them and we cannot overrule it.

2. What you are buying

You are buying admission to a dated live event at a named venue. You are not buying a physical good, a specific place in the room, a specific view, a minimum set length, or the appearance of any particular performer other than the billed headline act.

Support acts, set times, stage design and running order can change without notice and are not part of what you bought.

3. Prices and payment

  1. All prices are shown in [store currency] and are the price of admission only.
  2. Taxes and any booking or service charges are shown before you confirm the order. What you see on the final checkout screen is what is taken.
  3. Payment is taken in full at the time of the order. An order is not held for you before payment clears.
  4. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction charge. That charge is between you and your bank and is not refundable by us.
  5. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may cancel the affected orders and refund them in full rather than honour the error. We will tell you if that happens.

4. When your order is made

Your order is made when we send the order confirmation email, not when you press the button. Until that email is sent we may refuse or cancel an order — for example where payment fails, where stock has run out between screens, or where an order appears to be automated or for resale.

The order confirmation email goes to the address you typed at checkout. Check it before you submit: an order sent to an address you cannot open is the single most common problem we see. If it happened to you, see the Frequently Asked Questions and contact us.

5. Admission

  1. Admission is subject to the rules of the venue and to the law of the place the show happens. Those rules are set by the venue, published by the venue, and can change at short notice.
  2. Age limits differ by venue and by country and range from all-ages to 18+ across this tour. Bring photo identification. A venue may refuse entry without it.
  3. Venues run bag checks and searches, restrict bag sizes, and prohibit professional cameras and recording equipment. Items refused at the door are your responsibility.
  4. A venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, behaving unsafely, abusive, or in breach of its conditions of entry. No refund follows a refusal or removal on those grounds.
  5. Once the headline set has begun, admitting a late arrival is at the venue's discretion.

6. Changes to an event

Live events move. If a show is rescheduled, relocated within the same city, or has its running order changed, your order carries over to the new date or place automatically and remains valid. We will email the address on the order.

If a change is material — a different city, or a date you cannot make — the email announcing it will state the window in which you may ask for a refund instead. That window is set per show. Outside it, the order stands.

If a show is cancelled outright, see the Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Refund terms are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancelled shows are refunded; change of mind is not a refund reason; and nothing in the policy removes a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

8. Resale and transfer

  1. Orders are for personal use. Reselling above face value, or reselling in the course of a business, is prohibited by these terms and is restricted or unlawful in several of the countries on this tour.
  2. We may cancel, without refund, any order we reasonably believe was bought for resale, bought with automated tools, or listed for resale in breach of this section.
  3. There is no self-serve transfer in this store. If you cannot use your order, contact us before the show and we will tell you what is possible for that ticket type and that venue.
  4. An order bought from anyone other than this store or an official seller is not one we can support, replace or refund.

9. Recording and your likeness

Live events are photographed and filmed. By entering the venue you accept that you may appear in audience footage and that the promoter, the venue and the artist may use that footage. If that matters to you, take it up with the venue before entering; it is not something we control.

10. Content on this site

We try to keep dates, venues, prices and availability accurate, and they still change. Nothing on this site is a warranty that a show will happen as listed. Artwork, photography, logos and recordings on this site belong to their owners and may not be copied or reused.

11. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for travel and accommodation booked around a show, or for anything caused by the venue, the promoter or the artist rather than by us.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited. [Confirm the liability position against the law of [jurisdiction] and against any promoter agreement before launch.]

12. If something goes wrong

Contact us first, from the email address on the order, with your order number. Most problems are resolved that way. If we cannot resolve it, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or to take the matter to court in your own country. [Name the ADR scheme, if any, and confirm the complaints route.]

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [governing law], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when the current version was published.

15. How to reach us

By email, at the address on our Contact page, or by post at [registered address].
